General: The following terms and conditions outline AJ Photography, AJ VIP Photo-Booths & AJ VIP responsibilities (herein also referred to as Company) and the customer/clients responsibilities. Company agrees to provide photography or rental services at the venue indicated above.  Company owns all picture and video rights and may use them for commercial and advertising material unless otherwise agreed upon before access is provided to client. All packages come standard with the items listed and packages can be altered by adding on additional services or rentals. Package may be altered by client request.

The Venue:
Company will arrive 30 minutes prior to the agreed upon start time for setup.  If the event will take place at an outdoor venue, in the event of rain or poor weather shelter is to be provided by the client/venue. Company is not liable for any temporary interruption to services due to inadequate power or weather conditions.

Safety: AJ Photography reserves the right to deny individuals services or rentals offered by AJ Photography. AJ Photography is not liable for any injuries or damages caused to the client or client guests. Any damage or theft occurring to any equipment owned or leased by AJ Photography because of negligent acts of the client or clients guests will result in the client being held responsible to pay for the damages or lost items. Damages may include but are not limited to alcohol spilled on equipment, kicking or knocking over of equipment, or theft of any equipment. AJ Photography will notify the client immediately upon discovery of an accident or loss.

Payment Terms and Contract Cancellation:  All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE however can be used within 120 days of original booked date. UPDATE: DUE TO THE CURRENT COVID-19 PANDEMIC, ANY DEPOSITS THAT ARE PAID ARE NON-REFUNDABLE HOWEVER YOUR DEPOSIT IS TRANSFERABLE TO ANOTHER SERVICE OR EVENT RENTAL OR TO A DIFFERENT DATE WITHIN 1 YEAR FROM THE DATE OF YOUR ORIGINALLY SCHEDULED EVENT IN THE EVENT YOU NEED TO RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL. Company accepts payment in the form of cash, debit/credit card, or check (made payable to AJ Photography LLC).  A deposit in the amount of 25% of the package total, or $125 (whichever is greater) will be required to lock in and hold the date. You, the client do hereby agree to pay the total contract amount for the services of Company.  By signing our signatures below, both parties (Company and Client) agree to these contract terms and conditions.
